Frequently Asked Questions

How are rewards paid?

Rewards are calculated after December 31 each year. If you qualify, you’ll receive up to 5% back within 30 days — as cash or ride credits.

What if I don’t qualify?

You’ll still enjoy affordable rides and full CoRide benefits. Rewards are simply a bonus for active members.

Is CoRide licensed in my city?

Yes — in Ottawa we operate as a licensed PTC (Private Transportation Company). Every city we expand to will have its own approved license.

Do I need to sign up for membership?

No — membership is automatic after your first completed trip.
